Nearby offers excellent surfing beaches, shops and restaurants in Bude and Bideford alike. The accommodation is set on the ground floor and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with sofa bed, woodburner effect electric fire, TV, Freeview, DVD, dining table and seating for 2. Kitchen area with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: the apartment has a small private lawn area with seating and BBQ and larger communal lawn both with far-reaching views. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric included, central heating charge £20 per week or pro rata, payable upon arrival from October - April, (if heating is required out of this time then a surcharge will apply). 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement. Location: village shops and pubs in Clovelly and Hartland 2-3 miles, pebbled cove at Clovelly 2 miles.

An major port until Tudor times, Hartland is a village in the north west of Devon, England. Facing west across the Atlantic it is the location of an important lighthouse and is within a few miles of Clovelly, Welcombe, Darracott, Harracott, and Kilkhampton and is one of over three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
